  • Take out all of the crap from your diet (chocolate, sweets, cakes baked goods, soda etc)
  • Go on a simple diet of veggies, a little fruit, white rice and potatoes and lean meat such as chicken
  • Do a heap of cardio - up to twice per day
  • Lift some light weights for high reps
  • Drink a bucket load of water
  • Take in about half of what you would normally eat for 3 days then refeed for a day, then repeat

This will get the weight falling off. It is a pretty good strategy, just remember though that the most you can lose safely without losing muscle is about 2 lbs a week - the reason you want muscle to stay on your body is because muscle burns a huge amount of fat, just by sitting there doing nothing.
