How Do I Sell My Pictures Online? Easy!
Print This Article Ezine Publisher Send To Friends Add To Favorites Post A Comment Suggest Topic Report Author

When it comes to making a few extra hundred dollars every month without investing much effort and time in it, many people have come to the conclusion that selling their pictures online is one way to go.

Even though this concept becomes more and more popular by day, it is very hard to find some plausible information about it, no matter how hard you try. But still, there are people out there actually making a living out of it. And I am proud to say I am one of them myself!

I decided to make selling my photos online a full-time job after realizing how much potential lies beneath the surface. Two years ago, I went to Thailand, took a whole bunch of pictures (about 4000!) and decided to try to make a few dollars out of it.

What happened then was more than shocking! During the next two months I made a profit of a little more than $10.000! I earned about $2.5 per photo.

I am not saying everyone should try to make a full living selling pictures online, but nothing wrong could happen if you decided to spend half an hour a week taking photos.

How many pictures do you think you can take during half an hour? Thirty? Forty? Let's assume you sell 30 pictures per week, at a price of $2.5. That's exactly $300 for working two hours a month. Now imagine you could set your goal at taking 30 pictures a day, 5 days a week. That's $1500 a month for doing a very pleasant job.

But enough math.

Who in God's name would pay for your pictures? Well, believe it or not, lots of people. Realtors, website owners, magazines or regular people, they would all prefer to pay a couple of dollars to you than a couple hundred dollars to a professional photographer.

Relax, you don't have to lift a finger to get to these people. Well, maybe just a finger, but that's it. In order to get your pictures sold and avoid dishonest people, you will submit your photos to specialized websites, which will facilitate the transactions between you and your buyers.

If you have a digital camera and a little imagination, you could easily turn this into a profitable part-time job, no matter how novice you are!

When it comes to complete beginners trying to make money selling photos online, I can mention my friend Jessica and her quest to making $3000 per month. She started a few months ago and already managed to make a little more than $2000 a month, so her journey is coming to an end. At Sell Your Photos, you can find a report of her progress and learn a lot from her experience. Make sure you check it out!
