How do I build muscle is a question you have probably asked yourself at least once in your life, especially if you have an interest in lifting weights or general fitness. The body building world can be very confusing, so read on to find out "How do I build muscle?"

Step 1

The very first answer to your how do I build muscle question is to get yourself a weight training routine. Keep it simple at first, all you need is something that stresses your muscles significantly that you will be able to keep up in the long term. You may hear people saying you need to have a varied routine and you need to mix it up to build real muscle, but that's not something you need to worry about when starting out.
