How can I lose weight in a month? It's a phrase uttered by people who are ashamed with the state of their bodies and don't want to live out the rest of their lives in such a pitiful state. Such determination to succeed is an admirable trait and indeed these people should be applauded and not scorned for attempting to change their live around. You'd be surprised at how many people are just content to settle for second best.

There are many diets out there at the moment that will help you without doubt not to lose weight. The are systems that are more than likely fronted by a celebrity that has no medical experience but knows that a simple picture and testimonial will give her a cheque that she can spend on shopping next Saturday.

In a world that is so influenced by appearance it is imperative that one get a figure that society accepts and which you yourself most importantly are proud of.

You can only do this though by action, just wishing will not do the trick. Therefore you should be:

Exercising for 20 minutes a day so as to raise your metabolic rate which allows you to burn more calories quicker.

Drinking water instead of soft drinks to cut back on your calorie intake even more.

Eating brown bread (whole grain) because of its fibre components, which allows you to feel fuller after eating else.

But most importantly of all, you must have the belief that you will lose weight.
