I know I have been talking about health and changing your life by eating right and exercising...but we all have that one question....Can I get a break? Like a time where you can just eat the bad stuff and not be punished by extra pounds and double inches?
Well I wish I could tell you something else but that will not happen. It is very true that we need to take a break sometimes...
I remember working out all the time, day and night and I never ever took a break. I was so obsessed with working out and eating so healthy that one day I just got tired and felt I needed a small break!
I did eat the things that I love like chocolate and cakes, but I also stayed true to the healthy things...I had already given up red meat so I would never go back to that and I stopped eating pork and I knew that would be out of the question for the rest of my life.
SO what's left?
Well I made sure that I kept up my routine of looking for great eating tips working out an hour a day and then also eating well, but I took a moment to indulge in something very tasty like a fancy cake or some strawberry ice cream. I made sure that I did not go over board but that I ate enough to satisfy me. Now does this mean I did this all the time? Absolutely not, I made sure I did not make a habit (key word habit) of it or else all the hard work I did would be ruined...
So think of a day where you can just lay back and enjoy something other then sprouts and Broccoli.
Use Sunday as that day to get something you normally wouldn't eat. As long as you are not giving up on the Hot And Healthy Chick lifestyle of healthiness taking a break will refresh you and allow you to feel normal.
