I purchased jack3d by USPlabs from amazon for 20$ a few weeks ago and have been using it 5 days a week. I have been using 1 scoop at a time because as I read on other sites that 3 scoops would probably be way too much for someone who is sensitive to stimulants and does not regularly drink coffee. I bought jack3d because I needed something to get me started after 9 hours at work (7 to 4).
At first glance it mixes very well although the taste is not too good (fruit punch) but its such a small serving that one small gulp and it is down. Only downside to this for me so far is that it takes longer than most pre-workout drinks to kick in. For me it takes about 45 min to an hour which it actually states on the box. Though that is fine for me, takes about 20 min to drive to the gym and then another 20 to get warmed up on a light set. When I hit my first heavy set it usually kicks in. Also before I ramble on some more I did experience small "tingles" from the Beta-Alanine in it, which actually feels pretty good and only gets me pumped harder.
When you take it you basically get high all the pain goes away. You can do massive sets, and you will not have any pain. Before I took jack3d I would not even be able to last 45 minutes in the gym and now I am up to 2 hours. Great pumps, keeps you going, no pain, massive weight, and unlimited energy.
Once this stuff hits your system it does not let you get out of the zone for about 5 hours. Whatever you do, do not take it at nighttime! I take this stuff around 4:30 and hit the gym till 6 to 6:30 and I can still feel it around 9:00 pm. For people who come home and need to go to the gym at 8 or 9 at night and want to be in bed at 10 that would be impossible awhile on this stuff.
For those that are wondering about the side effects people are talking about I have only experienced the 'tingles'. Like other people have said do not overdo it! Such as taking 6 scoops would probably stop your heart. One scoop alone is probably like 10 cups of coffee or more. People are probably overdosing themselves on caffeine. Like the black box warning shown below, just start out on 1 scoop and then go from there to get max results. Use responsibly!
Bottom line... This stuff is amazing! Great pumps! Great workout! Great energy! Rating 10/10!
