Hardly anybody believes me when I tell them that I earn a pretty good living on the web using nothing else but article marketing to get traffic to my sites. One of my blogs is rapidly approaching 1.5 million hits.

But it gets even more unbelievable. I use only blogs for my online business. I do not have a single web site. Now I am well aware of the fact there are many folks who do not read anything on a free blog, least of all order or purchase anything advertised or promoted there. However I also know that there are many who prefer to judge a site by it's content rather than its' address. Many of those individuals have purchased services and products from me and are still doing so at a rapidly increasing pace. My sincere gratitude goes out to all you good people out there.

I have a total of about 29 blogs and my strategy is very simple. I create content and then I create promotional articles based on that content and use article marketing to drive traffic to my sites. The various ways I earn money from my blogs is a topic for another article. Here I want us to discuss the most difficult part in the whole process, which is generating traffic.

The truth is that anybody can create a blog and get content on it and then get various affiliate programs to promote. But not everybody knows how to generate serious traffic to their sites, least of all by using article marketing.
