Prevent heart disease before it strikes! Here are a few great, common-sense ways to Keep your Heart Healthy... naturally! Without drugs!
One of the first ways to keep your heart healthy is to immediately start using Hawthorn Berry Syrup. This is a specific herb to strengthen the heart. It's a great-tasting syrup... .and I personally take 1/2 tsp. morning and evening.
This "cardiac tonic" is a curative remedy for organic and functional heart problems.
Next on my list of ways to keep heart healthy would be to begin Chelation Therapy. If you're not familiar with this miracle therapy, don't wait another minute to learn about it. It's like a roto-rooter for your arteries... cleaning out cholesterol and plaque build up to improve your circulation and lower your blood pressure.
Chelation can be taken orally, rectally or with an IV. Many people feel that stomach acids destroy EDTA... so I recommend the oral suppositories or IV therapy. For the IV, you will have to go to a doctor that offers Chelation Therapy... and each session will take about 3-4 hours... and I would start with about 20 sessions. The cost is approximately $100 per session, but some insurance policies will pay for it if you test positive for heavy metals. If you think this is too expensive, you might compare it to the cost of coronary bypass surgery.
If your situation is critical, IV therapy should be your choice. But, if you want to begin this cleansing process as a preventative measure, the rectal suppositories would be great. You need about 10 suppositories to get the same benefit as one IV session. Consequently it is slower, but very time saving since you do this in the comfort of your own home. Usually at bedtime.
Exercise is another critical way to keep your heart healthy!... so be sure to get yourself on a cardio program to insure heart health. And, believe it or not, cayenne pepper is said to be able to stop a heart attack in progress. You might think you are "burning alive"... .but cayenne is actually very healing. If can be purchased in a small 2 oz. bottle if you wish to carry cayenne with you in case of a heart attack. Or, you could simply take cayenne capsules daily as a preventative measure. Don't forget to drink half your weight in ounces of pure water daily!
Ways to Keep Your Heart Healthy with Nutrients
