- Your first meal should be breakfast in the morning. Do not starve yourself at the beginning of your day and just eat during lunch or dinner. - Make it a point to exercise at least three times a week with the interval of one day between exercise days. This will help burn more calories and transform them into energy instead of letting it stay inside your body to turn into fat and cellulite.

- Do resistance training. This includes lifting weights, cross training and using your own body weight during exercise routines. Resistance training helps you build muscles and once you do, your body will find it easier to burn fat.

- Eliminate fried food in your diet. Frying your food will only accumulate more fat into your meals and later on absorbed by the body to turn into those mean cellulites. Your alternative to this would be to steam, boil or bake your dishes using healthy oils like olive and canola oil.

- Set your own personal and physical goals. Do not follow someone else's goals because these priorities should be your own. These should be based on your ideal body weight and the healthy way of losing those excess pounds and fats.

- Get a partner that will become your diet and exercise body. The battle for fitness is a gruesome task and having a dedicated partner will help encourage you to follow through on your fitness program. You can motivate each other to perform the exercises, follow the right diet and develop healthy habits.

Each strategy is important for the success of your healthy fat loss plans. If you are serious in losing those unwanted fats then you need to consider these strategies and start following them one by one. Do not force yourself to follow everything at once, but start with the one that is easiest for you and work your way up.
