Eating should always be a pleasurable experience. Eating healthy will help you control your weight. In the morning I've been eating oatmeal and instead of Splenda I decided to put Stevia drops on it with a teaspoon of maple extract and crushed almonds.

Eating breakfast, as you wake up, boosts your metabolism and decreases binge eating later in the day. You will eat about 20-30 minutes and feel totally full and are eating a lot less calories by eating less food and you feel totally satisfied.

Pretty soon you will have most foods that you eat memorized and will be eating very healthy. You're going to discover you can boost the super powerful fat loss hormones in your body by eating the right type of tasty little dish an hour or so before you go to sleep.

You receive a double metabolic fat burning effect when you perform resistance training exercises on a consistent basis. Physical exercise is essential to weight loss. Let's compare the caloric output and intake of exercise versus nutrition.

For example, if you plan to exercise for 60 minutes, you might start with 20 minutes of walking or jogging, followed by 20 minutes of biking, and finish with 20 minutes of rowing. You don't even have to exercise, but I recommend it if you can.
