Health - Keep it Simple

When someone ask you what you do - have a quick and efficient answer ready - don't waffle on.
There is a good possibility that the person asking the question is merely acting out of social custom and politeness.
So when I am asked what I do - I answer - 'I teach health.'
This usually draws the next question - 'What do you mean?' or 'You mean you use herbs and stuff - like vitamins.
Sometimes the questioner gets so involved in trying to define health that they become confused.
That's my cue to explain Health - 'I teach Natural Living and Natural Healing.'- which may or may not completely confound the questioner.
If there is sufficient time and I perceive an honest inquiry - I explain that;
NATURAL LIVING is living in accordance with the 8 essential preconditions necessary to maintain the human species in a state of health and happiness - viz;
Living foods
Air, Water and Sunlight
Exercise - its opposite - Relaxation
Freedom from Mental Stress
Maintenance of the spine - nerve force/electro magnetism
NATURAL HEALING is the process of metabolism - the breaking down and building up of cellular tissues.
The first chapter in any basic biology text explains that every cell has the ability to REPAIR itself.
Put all the cells together and you have a unit that is designed to 'normalize' itself - to maintain itself in a state of 'harmony.'
'You see - if we can put you into an environment that produces health you wouldn't have to worry about disease - would you?'
And because there is no such thing as perfection - your body is going to get polluted from time to time - it's going to build up a degree of Toxemia - when this happens - don't worry - your body will recognize this state and take appropriate action.
All we have to do, and have - is;
A modicum of intelligence in our lifestyle choices.'
A degree of discipline in conserving our energies when the body needs a 'helping hand.'
Did I waffle on too much? I hope not - because Health really is that simple.
