Everyone has a past. And for a lot of people that past includes a home based business that has left you never wanting to work from home again. I can understand the urge not to put yourself out there again if you've been burned in a home based business before however you can't let your bad experience stop you from doing something that can change your life forever and allow you to live the life that you really want to live. A home based business can help you live an amazing life and one bad company shouldn't stop you from cashing in on everything a home based business has to offer.
The thing that you have to come to terms with is that not all home based businesses are scams. Sure there are a few bad schemes out there but those companies never last. So if you are looking at a business that's been around for a long time... it's not a scam. Scams don't build big buildings they don't have corporate offices and the usually operate out of some guys apartment or van. It's not that hard to spot a scam when you know what you're looking for. So research any company that you might be interested in and I promise you that you can figure out if a company is a scam or not fairly easily.
Maybe the business that damaged you wasn't a scam but they made you false promises. It is unfortunate that people get desperate and make promises to people that they can't keep. People like this do nothing but hurt home based businesses in general. But the thing you have to remember is that there are people out there who ware more than willing to be honest with you and who will tell you the truth about everything. Bad people are in every business but there are a lot of amazing people as well so don't count out the entire industry just because you met someone who lied to you.
Don't let a bad experience stop you from enjoying all the perks of a home based business. There are some bad companies out there and a few bad people but for the most part people who are involved in home based businesses are some of the most amazing, successful, and quality people you can find and the life that a business like this will allow you to lead is unsurpassed.
