Apart from job satisfaction many people go for a career change because they are looking for better salary packages or something where they can use their talent which they have never explored.
However, if you are thinking about career change than you need to be clear about certain things that will affect your decision considerably. Before you go for career change you clearly need to think about the new field that you are willing to enter. Hence, you need to do a thorough research about the new field you want to enter and know more about the top companies and growth prospects in that particular field. Also you need to check your skill set with the kind of job you will be taking up soon and need to know what kind of knowledge and skills will be required so that you can stay on top and give out the best performance.
Additionally, you need to know about the other options that you can switch to in the same field as that gives you more flexibility to move from one position to the other as and when you promote.
