The 3.0 inches screen is slightly smaller but has better resolution of 240 x 400 pixels and is capable of displaying upto 256K colours. The Dream is a 3G HSDPA plus wi-fi handset while these two important features are missing in the GD510. But GPRS and EDGE, present in both, provides smooth and uninterrupted browsing experience to the users. The inbuilt cameras in both phones are very similar in strength and resolution. The HTC Dream and the LG GD510 comes with a card slot to expand storage space but differs in the inbuilt internal memory. The Dream carries a 192 MB RAM and 256 MB ROM while the HTC phone only has 42 MB RAM. Better internal memory allows smooth running of advance applications on the handset. Both mobile phones are laced with powerful batteries that offer excellent backup to the users.
