God Take PTSD Away and Fill Up My Day

There is a coalition between having a bad friend and PTSD.
In this situation it may seem better than no friend at all, you see?

It takes tremendous courage not to hold on to what is bad.
Especially true is when the situation adds trepidation continuing to make you sad.

There is a flaming fear deep inside where your emotions hide.
A tip is what you have to do is name what you confide.

Fear has many faces that cause your heart to frown.
It comes when you no longer have support around.

What takes over is loneliness that leaves you without hope.
Find a strategy to overcome it without choosing Dope.

Prolific past trauma is only one side of life's coin.
Choose to flip it over when healthy relationships you join!

Contemplate how you will get rid of unwanted grid in your life.
Strive to have a purpose that will fill you up with no strife.

Here is something to do when we are sick inside for too long.
Count your blessings with a happy song!

Remember to be thankful for the little blessings that come your way.
This technique in prayer will always keep your thoughts from going astray.

The time for change has come and you must love yourself.
Positive affirmations fill your mind putting loneliness back on life's shelf.

To move forward you do not have to bring what stings on your heart strings.
With trusting Eternal Spirit you will be guided with an inner voice that sings!

Once you choose to move forward everything you need, will fall in place.
Your mind and life becomes free from poverty in this case.

Here is another tip to know when you are confused as to which direction to go.
Persistent positive plans pronounced daily will run your life's show.

What to do when the blues start to trouble you and leave joy behind?
Pull up your sleeves and walk in the breeze and find a way to be kind.

The award of knowing what to do will fill you up with your passion.
Now meet with like minded relationships and spread some compassion!
