Does getting him to fall in love with you seem like an impossible task? Is it more a case of one head banging against a brick wall than two hearts beating as one? Also be prepared to work on Male Central Time. Whilst you might be in a hurry to create the romance of the century, going too fast will almost certainly put him off. So slow down, take it at just the pace he's comfortable with. That shows him that you trust, respect and understand him. Once you've established that, you can lead him by degrees into Female Standard Time!

Similarly, space is important to men. It's important to women too, but it can sometimes be forgotten in the haste to form a relationship. Clinging to him or trying to smother him just looks desperate, and that's a very unattractive quality. Let him have his free time, let him go off and do his thing, and he'll come back to you better and stronger and more committed each time.

Once you've set this process in place, he'll realise that life with you is better than life without you. Getting him to fall in love is the inevitable consequence of that.
