The moments that come after a breakup are among the most important if you want to get your girlfriend back.  In these moments,  most guys will end up doing things that they will regret forever.  Things like lashing out at her,  blaming her,  and even begging and pleading to get her back.  None of these things are going to help you out of your situation and if you really want to get her back,  you better pay ATTENTION.

So,  what should you do after breaking up with your girlfriend?

1.  Take time to gather yourself.  Rarely do we ever say anything constructive in the heat of the moment.  Rather than run the risk of putting your foot in your mouth,  it's much wiser to decide to take the time to gather yourself,  your thoughts and your emotions.  You will thank yourself later on down the road.

2.  Evaluate what happened and where things went wrong.  You want to be able to see clearly what mistakes you may have made or where things could have easily turn another direction.  Just make sure that you do NOT spend too much time in this phase.

3.  Decide what you will do to put your life back together.  A lot of men will allow a breakup with their girlfriend to be something that throws their entire life off track.  This is not what you want to happen,  whether you get your girlfriend back or not.  Allow yourself the time to put the pieces back together.

4.  Use a proven method that will attract her back to YOU.  One of the biggest mistakes and the biggest myths that many men believe is that you can force a woman back to you or to like you.  This is not the case.  You have to attract a woman to start a relationship and you have to attract her back to reconcile.
