The Seated Leg Tuck
The only thing you'll need to perform this exercise is a bench to sit on. Not a chair...a bench.
The first step to perform this exercise is to grab onto a bench sitting in the center of it. You will be sitting to the side of the bench, you won't be sitting at the end of it.
Grasp the bench with both hands close to your hips, and then raise your legs keeping your knees and feet together. Use your hands to maintain balance on the bench.
Next step is to lean back until your body is almost straightened out completely. Make sure to hold on tight to the bench while leaning back. Your knees should be slightly bent with your upper arms not touching the bench as you lean back.
In one motion, bring your knees in so that they meet with your chest. Remember that your knees should almost touch your chest. Extend your body out to the beginning position and continue the movement 10 to 14 reps.
This is another one of those great exercise to get toned abs fast, and it will definitely have you feeling like a workout pro.
