Free Tips on Jumping Higher - Do This and Finally Get Amazing Results to Show Fast

If you don't have the money the pro's have to hire top trainers to help you learn your skills then you're probably looking for some free tips instead of paid ones on jumping higher. I can understand that, you see these guys working out with some of the best trainers there are, these trainers must cost a fortune for these guys. No person with a regular job could possibly afford these types of trainers. So you're left to believe that the skills these athletes learn is only between them and the top paid help they hire.

You're not rich, but you would sure like to pull one of these trainers to the side and ask them for some free tips to help you start jumping higher like some of the pro's do. Good thing for you there are free tips available. You can apply these tips however you like. If you really hope to get good then apply them consistently.

Presented here are a few free tips on jumping higher.

Try running up stairs:

Running up stairs is still a good way to increase your jumping skills. A lot of people underestimate just how affective it can be. If you do it vigorously you'll see results. Most people will not have the toughness to stick this exercise through. So if you want to see some results try running up long flights of stairs and see if you notice any change.

Hamstring stretch:

Lie on your back. Bend our right leg and place that foot flat on the ground. Loop a towel around your left foot. Lock your left knee to keep your leg straight, then flex your quadriceps to lift your left leg as far up as you can from your hip. Grasp the ends of the towel with both hands and "climb" up the towel, and over hand as your leg lifts. Stretch for only 2 seconds (before the muscle tightens up), then release.
