The Obama administration has enacted a federal grant program which gives people $15,000 in free funds to buy, or improve a home. There is even money for homeowners who are past due on their existing mortgage.

This Government funded program has a wide variety of new Government grants, and other free money opportunities for homeowners or home buyers.

Here are some examples of just a few of the new grants, and free money opportunities available from Obamas plan:

-Homeowners can receive up to $2,000 to pay off any past due money due on a mortgage

-Home buyers can get up to $15,000 towards the purchase of the house. There are also new tax incentives for home buyers, but that is a separate incentive.

-Homeowners can get $5,000 to repair, renovate, or improve their current home.

-Up to $10,000 for a new roof for your home

-Tax rebates and cash incentives for energy efficiency

Due to the tough economy and worse housing market, President Obama and his administration announced this plan to stimulate growth. Billions of dollars are being pumped into this program to help the economy, and homeowners.

The only requirements which must be met to use this plan is that:

-You are a U.S. citizen

-You are over 18 years old

Thats it. If you meet these requirements you could get free money from the Government to buy or improve your home. Millions of people have already used this plan to their advantage, and millions more still can.

People everywhere should use this plan, and see how much free money they can get. There is still a lot of money to go around, and you should get your share.
