Many people consider that they have many friends and yet all they have is a number of close acquaintances. Here are four qualities that I look to in a friend that I would consider being close to me.

1. They have to accept me with all my stories.

One of the first things I do when I meet a new Christian is tell them what I am learning in the Word of God and see if they are interested in listening. I go onto to share about the visions that I am having of Jesus, His angels and saints that are coming to see me and speak to me. Many people cannot handle that I am having these visions and many people are not as sincere with their relationship with God and His Son Jesus and so I don't want and need them as friends.

I have a psychiatrist that believes that when I see Jesus I am having a hallucination and when I hear from him in my heart, that I am having an auditory hallucination. I have enough people in the mental health area that think I am not seeing what I am seeing, I don't need a so called friend not believing.

2. They have to be honest with me.

If there is one thing I ask of a friend and that is they should be honest with me. I am honest and so I only want people in my life that are honest. If I ask a question of them that they are not comfortable about it is okay for them to say, "I don't want to answer that question at this time." And I will move on. But I abhor lying.

3. To be a friend of mine, they would have had to be to my place for a sit down meal or me to theirs.

If I have not eaten with them in their house, or them in mine, you can call it whatever you like to call it, but they are no friend of mine. They are an acquaintance who may think that they are my friend in some delusion but they are not my friend.

I don't kid myself. And I don't have many friends either.

4. They have to be able to give me $500 without question if they have it or drive me 600 miles without question.

If I cannot see the person giving me enough for a plane ticket in an emergency with my family, or driving me themselves to where I need to go, they are not my friend. There should not be a question before they give the money as to when they are going to get it back, and if I need the lift they should only be delayed long enough to get packed and get to my place.

If I can't see someone that I love doing that for me, they are not my friend, but just an acquaintance.

You might find my four things weird. You might think I am weird. That's fine, I am a modern day prophet who hears from God and has met God in heaven multiple times and he supplies all my needs including enough humans to be my friends.
