Building high impact teams that are accountable to each other for results is what will catapult your Network Marketing business into freedom for you and your team.
A very successful way of building high impact teams who keep each other accountable is to create and foster healthy competition amongst the members.
You can do this once a quarter or whatever time frame works for you and your group. Here is the process, step by step of what you can do to explode your business:
Step 1: Embark on a marketing campaign within your team that you are going to sponsor a "Fast to Five" campaign. Or whatever you want to call your campaign. Make it hip and trendy so it will resonate with the serious people who want more. You can email them and tell them about it or you can have a weekly conference call and start sending out teasers about it.
Step 2: While you are sending out these teasers of information you need to get your backoffice act together to deal with the people once they start entering your competition. You need to have a web page ready where they can enter the "Fast to Five" campaign. One person per group will be the team leader, there can be 2 or 3 or however many people on the team as you consider a good number. I don't recommend more than 5 people total in each team for reasons we will discuss shortly. You may also need approval from your company to do something like this especially if you are going to offer some prizes to the people who win specific categories.
Step 3: Open up the web page for entries and limit the number of teams. You may have a thousand people in your group but you will only accept 20 teams of 5 people each, as an example. This creates competition and your really serious people will jump at the chance. You immediately weed out the doers from the talkers. Provide a start date for the competition and rules that need to be followed.
Step 4: Some rules you need to have and you can have more or less than this. The team must meet either in person or by telephone at least once a day for the seven days the competition is running. They must work together as a team in setting appointments and doing presentations. They must ensure that new associates are trained within 24 hours of signing up. The team with the most new associates wins the group prize with 2 runners up. Only consider teams with 5 or more new associates that week. The single person across all teams with the most personal associates win a prize with 2 runners up. Again, give a minimum number of new associates to be able to qualify for the prizes.
Step 5: Edify the winners and provide the results of the competition across your whole group. Make sure people understand you will have another competition and if they want to be the folks on the prize list then they will need to make sure they sign up quickly when it opens up again.
Step 6: Do this on a regular basis and potentially expand to include customers and associates or business partners.
Do this in a manner that follows the rules and regulations of your company and you can be setting your group up for significant income growth.
