Forex Robot Trading - Why Automatic Software Programs Always Lose!

Forex robot trading is big business online and there are numerous automatic software programs for sale which cost under $200 or less. They all promise you can make huge gains, with low risk and best of all, you have to make no effort while receiving this huge income! This however is fantasy and the reality is these systems all lose money and the reason why is the subject of this article.

If you look at the track records presented, not only do they offer huge gains and low draw down, the figures are actually better than the world's top fund managers, who are paid millions in salaries. Some robots, even present figures which super traders like, George Soros couldn't even achieve and you can do better for a few hundred bucks. Traders don't question the track records and they end up losing but a closer look at the track records will show there not all they seem.

If you look at most of the track records, all they consist of are tests over back data (knowing all the closing prices) which is so easy a child could do it. The track record is then bent to fit the data, to show a great profit but as no two data sequences ever repeat the same way again, these robots lose quickly when they don't know the closing prices. Anyone can make money going backwards knowing the closing prices but making money going forward without knowing this data is the challenge of FX trading!

Another way, robot vendors present track records is to put up "real live figures" but do you get an independent audit of results or verification from a neutral respected party? Of course you don't. If you look around the forums, you will see numerous traders, wondering why their not doing as well as the vendor! Of course if you have read this far, you will know the reason why.

No serious trader, bank or brokerage, would use a cheap Forex robot because its obvious they don't work and anyone who buys them, thinking their going to make an income for life with no effort will end up losing.

If you want to make money in life or in Forex trading, you need to work and learn skills but the really good news is that anyone can learn Forex trading and anyone can win and for the effort you have to make no other business will give you such great profits as international currency trading.
