So are you ready to lose some extra pounds? If you are wondering if it is possible to loose up to 5 pounds in a week or two, than the answer is, yes but for a healthy weight loss it will take about 2 weeks. All you need is a lot of will, self control and these simple five steps to success. But before we start you should keep one thing in mind, that there is more work to be done, and these five steps are only the beginning.
First, before you start you need to make a plan. Plan will help you get organized, so you don't need to remember how much exercise you did, or what you ate that day. Keeping everything written down is a crucial step that mirrors your commitment.
The next thing you need to do is get rid of all the junk, and unhealthy food. Try with fat burners, or to be more precise vegetables and fruit that are loaded with fiber. Whenever you feel hunger, don't suppress it, take a snack. But be careful, no junk food, that is a must if you want to loose those unwanted pounds. Take a grapefruit, or an apple, or even some low-fat yogurt.
Eat even up to six times a day, but only in small portions. When you eat three times a day you tend to overeat yourself which is bad for your metabolism. Eating small portions six times a day will allow your metabolism to always be on alert and constantly keep working and burning fat and calories.
Step three is to drink as much water as you can. Water is a natural purifier and it will help your body to clean itself from all the unnecessary items while it helps you lose those 2-5 pound in a week or two.
Don't forget to exercise every day. You don't need more than 30 minutes of training a day. Even just little walking. But one very important step is to stay off the scale. If you weight yourself every day, you will only get discouraged, results are expected after one to two weeks, only then you are allowed to indulge your curiosity.
Don't get discouraged, stick to these five simple steps, and remember that one rule does not apply to all. If your friends are burning calories easier it doesn't mean that you are doing something wrong. This process just takes time, be patient and you will work out a quick step to lose those unwanted 2 to 5 pounds in week or two. The best off all, you will feel great without much effort!
