3. National Coffee Association held the survey in the year 2000. The result of that survey tells that the average consumption of drinking coffee is 1.9 cups for man and 1.4 cups for women. This data based on total population whether the person is or not an espresso drinker. But based on total of espresso drinkers only, it raised about 3.1 cups per person.

4. When we are looking for the mature coffee process, there are two important components. They are trees and berries to grow it. When it starts from the seed until become large trees, it took about five years. Once the trees become mature, it can produce approximately 5 pounds of coffee beans per year. If the farms have 1000 trees, then it can produce about 5000 pounds of beans.

5. The 7-Eleven company releases their report sales that this company sells about 1 million cups each day. That means 41,000 cups per hour everyday. Although Starbucks sales no longer reported, but it is approximately about 4 million cups each day. It's four times larger than 7-eleven company.
