If you do have one, then look to improve it. 2) Internet Marketing and SEO - So you have a web page, now what? The most beautiful web site in the world is virtually worthless if no one knows about it or comes to it. Aside from putting your web site URL (address) on every piece of correspondence you generate and business cards, what else matters?

Get seen! SEO or search engine optimization is enhancing your web site by judicious use of keywords or tags in your copy, meta tags, and linking strategy. Just do a Google search on the term "SEO marketing". There are many free tools to explain these terms to you and Internet marketing companies to assist you.

3) Email Marketing - You should have a sign-in list on your counter for drop-ins to leave their name and email address so you can easily contact them and just as importantly promote your services. An opt-in list should be placed on your site for the same purpose. Remember 90% of all Internet usage is email related.

4) Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC) - Paid advertising that is generated ONLY within your geographic selling areas is accomplished through simple text ads showing on the top and side of each search page. An account can be set up with Google, Yahoo and/or Bing (Microsoft) that you can manage yourself or an Internet Marketing specialist.

(5)Video Posting- A video of your inventory is a sure-fire winner to show prospective clients not only the home interior but exterior and property views as well. Easily posted to such video file sharing sites as YouTube, they become a great way to introduce your services to worldwide audience.
