I've never been one to jump out of bed in the morning to rush to a fitness class. But every so often, I would sign up to join a fitness class thinking I'd feel better, or obtain the energy that always seemed to elude me. Of course, there was the occasional friend who would talk me into the latest and greatest fitness craze, getting me there sometimes out of guilt and sometimes just out of curiosity.
And as always the novelty would soon wear off and I'd be once again sitting on my sofa intrigued with the newest fitness infomercial. I could be better entertained watching them get hyped about their fitness than actually getting up and doing it myself. I must say, it was sometimes quite amusing.
The truth is, to me, I'd rather get my fitness from working in my garden or taking a walk by our beautiful lake. That being said, I was still left with the frustration of my lack of energy to obtain even the most enjoyable physical fitness I sought, whether digging in my flower bed for longer periods in the day, or whatever way I chose to achieve my daily fitness.
And then one day it happened! Through a very close friend I was introduced to an incredible vitamin drink that absolutely changed my world!
