#1 - Let him admire you.
Many men want someone that they are impressed with. They like to be surprised by women who show unexpected intelligence or ability. Whatever your particular talents are, be sure not to hide them. Let him see your best inner qualities, not just your outer appearance.
Think about what you do best. It doesn't matter if it's your job, a hobby, or something you do for recreation. Let the best that is in you come to the forefront. You will be revealing your true self, and showing your best side at the same time.
#2 - Own your sexuality.
Whether you decide to wait or to sleep with a new guy, make sure that the decision is truly yours. When in doubt, hold off until you know that you are ready. There is a lot more to dating than just finding the guy who has the right superficial attributes, and then making him your boyfriend. You should look for inner characteristics in him that will be a good long-term match for you. You can do this by pacing yourself while you are dating, and concentrating on getting to know him.
Ask him about his interests, and try to share in any activities that are important to him. Share your own interests with him as well. Take your time to talk, and simply hang out. If you try these three steps, you can find love on a more honest level than if you look for appearances or status.
