Remember the last time you saw your kid having pain in his leg while running in his play time or have you ever got complained by your kid that he is having tooth ache during some hard eating. Well all of these are mentioned as common problems of our bones. Teeth are also a kind of bone and therefore it is important to keep a healthy balance of calcium to have strong teeth and bones. I came to think of it when I saw my kids playing in the garden and realized that their body structure needs special attention because they are in a growing age. I thing I which I use to wonder was how is it possible that all the products that are available in the market which promises you to bring that special strength in your kids body are perfect for my kid. One needs to do keen research to assure such facts about body and skeleton health.

Our children needs rich source of nutrition for good and long time. More specifically they need it when they are in growing age like from 6 years to 15 years. A bone of a man grows before he or she gets 35 so therefore even if you are an adult of an age less than 35 you should keep good care of yourself. Therefore it is said to give children of your age food that have more fibers, calcium and which are rich in nutrition so that they built a strong skeleton early on in their life and don't have any problem when they grow up as an adult. It is also observed that many adults don't get much time to take good care of them. Diets high in caffeinated and carbonated drinks are major contributors to decreased bone strength, which can lead to fractures and fragile bones. The most important factor for building strong bones and teeth is a calcium rich diet.

In our daily life the dairy system is the one that contributing the most to our daily calcium needs. Super foods such milk, orange juice and bread are fortified with rich natural calcium in them that is the need of our body. Not only our children need but we adults also need it. You can also have super foods like leafy vegetables, such as broccoli and spinach, and the legume family because they are also excellent sources of calcium and they will make our bones stronger.
