Let's take a moment and think about this technique! How might you use this in Network Marketing?
Consider

* 95% of MLM companies Fail in the first 2 years
Network Marketing is sales, different yet the same! You can use Feel Felt Found just as effectively in recruiting!
Let's break it down!
Feel:
You want to feel out their situation! Know where they are coming from and where they have been. Ask questions such as:
What company are you with?
How long have you been with xyz?
How many different companies have you been involved in?
What were some of the challenges you were having? [This can range from lack a of leadership to poor compensation in most cases!]
What type of training have you been exposed to?
Why are you in or looking for a home based business? Find out their why just as you would ordinarily!
These are just a few examples to give you an idea how to feel what they have been through!
Felt:
This one should be easy for the majority of us! Let them know you felt the same way! Unless, you were fortunate enough to get things rite the first time. In that case you probably know someone who felt the same way as a reference!
Example:
You know John felt the same way about the compensation plan in ________ company.
I felt that XYZ's training was very limited.
I felt that if I was not doing well in business, no one had much to do with me.
Found: This is where you sell you!
As this is Network Marketing it's not just the Opportunity your prospects are buying!
Here's what you've found!
Let them know all the positives about what you've found!
Let them know you found the compensation plan to be __________!
The training is ________.
Make them now feel you and get what you have found!!!
