Fat Loss Does Not Have to Be Difficult

Do you know what is the best diet? I here this question from my lady colleagues very often. From my point of view, the best diet to follow is to follow no diet at all.

People are following a diet and when they don't see any fast results they just return to their old eating habits. Later they try another "best" diet with the same result.

The reason for this is very simple: false advertising and false information.

I personally do not follow any kind of diet, I just eat the right food at the right period of the day. My first simple tips about healthy eating are as follows:

1. Start each day with a breakfast. Fruits should be a part of each breakfast. Take your time in the morning to eat at least a banana and oatmeal or tomatoes, pepper with a piece of dark toast with natural butter.

2. Only drink water instead of all the colored bottles with some junk chemical beverage. How about coffee? I would recommend to drink plain green tea instead, no sugar added.

3. Always reserve at least 30 minutes for lunch. There is plenty of tips for healthy lunch. I always start with a small cup of home made soup.Eat only white meat or fish, a lot of veggies, dark rice, some veggie pasta is always better than hamburger menu.

5. Eat fruit for snack between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, do not hunger.

6. Try to have a dinner each day, no junk food, nothing

4. Do not eat later than 8pm. If you didn't have time to eat something for dinner (might happen once a time but not to often), have a banana or simple veggie salad, but no meat or anything "heavy" after 8pm.

5. Move, move, move. Movement doesn't always mean formal exercise. Take the stairs to your office, walk the parking lot a few extra times, get up and walk around the office a minimum of once per hour, anything to prevent you from sitting all day long. Take the public transportation once a week instead of using you car.

6. Always think natural. If it was provided by Mother Nature herself, chances are its a great addition to your meal plan: natural meats and poultry, wild fish, raw nuts, fruits and veggies,

More tips will come soon.
