Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Once you get past the name, just happens to be one of, if not the most popular diet sensation sweeping the Internet today. If I were overweight enough that I needed to try a diet plan this would be my first stop. If the claims of 9 pounds of fat loss in 11 days are anywhere near the truth then sign me up.
