When I read the advertisements that you could lose 7 pounds of fat every 11 days I was very skeptical about Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Being in the fitness industry for 25 years I needed to see what all the hype was about so I purchased the program so that I could review it and test it on a friend. For me to endorse any product I need to either try it myself, have someone I trust try it out, or have existing knowledge or a relationship with the author. Since I had none of these with this program and I was already testing out How to Get Ripped Abs by John Alvino I needed a test subject.

The perfect person was a friend of mine that was about to go on a vacation with her boyfriend to Mexico. She wanted to lose 5 pounds before going so that she would look better in her swimsuit. I set her up with the diet generator and she was able to create an automatic list of foods and meals that she would follow for 11 days. The exercise included going on 2 short walks per day to help burn a few extra calories and for general health and fitness.

Her results were actually right on the mark. She lost around 7 pounds in the11 days that she followed Fat Loss For Idiots. The next 3 days on the diet you eat whatever you want prior to going on another 11 day menu if you need to lose more weight. She was then on her way to Mexico and didn't continue on the diet but it gave me the feedback I needed to promote this.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a good short term plan to lose fat fast and to burn belly fat. I think it is a great way for beginners to get on a nutritional plan to jump start their fat loss without hiring an expensive trainer or joining a gym. You choose the foods you want to eat and simply follow the plan it generates. It couldn't be easier.
