Exercises to Grow Tall - Can They Really Help?

Lots of people today start realizing that to grow tall is really possible - and in fact, quite simple. But can it be done only by exercises, or do you need something more? Read on to find out.

The reason your body stops growing after a certain age is the decreased production of a chemical known as growth hormone - if we can find a way to start that production again, you'll be able to grow tall. Sounds simple. And it is. But can it be done through exercises alone? Certain exercises can stimulate growth hormone production.

Exercises to grow tall?

Stretching exercises are not very helpful when it comes to increasing your height, and keeping it increased. The results are only very temporary. That's why when you wake up in the morning you are 2 inches taller than when you go to bed - it's the same kind of stretching, which happens during stretching exercises - but the results quickly disappear. It's like stretching a rubber band - when you let go, it snaps right back. So, there really aren't exercises to grow tall.

However, there is a way to do that, but it involves a bit more than exercises. To grow tall permanently, you also need a proper diet - there are certain foods, which when consumed, make your body produce growth hormone. If you can sustain that for a few weeks, you can grow at a rate of an inch per week. Sounds too good to be true? It isn't.
