Exercise for Anti-Aging

The best forms of workouts that help naturally produce the same hormones as clinics use in their anti-aging recipes, are those that build or tone muscles. Strength building workouts do not only keep your skin NATURALLY tightened, but will produce what is called human growth hormones or HGH. A 30 minute workout 3 or 4 times a week (or about every other day) is enough to slow your aging process. Every other day is enough because it takes up to 48 hours for your body to build up human growth hormones.

You can spend hundreds of dollars on ONE injection at those anti-aging clinics each months, or you can do two sessions of your strength building workouts and naturally create thousands of dollars of those same hormones. From exercising, you can gain more value and save your money.

As well as anti-aging, exercising will strengthen your muscles and bones, as well as improve oxygen and blood flow to your major organs. Let alone the amount of weight you will take off and keep off. Hormone injections will assist you in these functions, but the natural way is much healthier and will make you feel better in the long run. One thing those injections WILL NOT do is possibly prolong your life, that is something exercise will help you with.

Hopping in your car and driving to the clinic will help you look and maybe feel younger, but to add those extra years to your life (not to mention save a little money), stay at home and exercise to build those chemicals the natural way. With this healthy activity, add a healthy diet with it. Fruits and vegetables with fish (freshwater preferred) or chicken. Cut down sugar, salt and try to stay away from red meat. For energy purposes, do not terminate carbohydrates completely, but limit your intake.
