Losing a to of hair is the last thing on your mind I'm sure. I know from my past bouts with hair loss, it was constantly something I had to work hard to overcome.
But excessive hair loss is controllable and you can do your part to ensure that you make those changes in hair growth occur as fast as possible. There are few things to look at.
First you need to make sure that your scalp is always getting proper blood circulation. This cannot be overlooked! Most people have no clue as to how important this is. It sets up a roadblock for you to stop excessive hair loss.
You see the more blood you can give your follicle roots, the less likely you are to lose anymore of your hair. The nutrients your blood carries are like a safe haven for your hair follicles. Scalp massage always works fine, but you can do other things as well.
For instance herbal supplements such as ginkgo biloba and ginseng naturally stimulate blood flow in all areas of the body. Taking these as part of your daily supplement routine will help tremendously.
Even your own personal haircare habits can put you on the road to baldness if you're not careful. Excessive amounts of hair loss is often times a result of over-shampooing your hair. So just how much is too much?
Shampooing your hair everyday is totally not the way to go. Your hair needs natural amounts of oils that it builds up. If you're cleansing your hair and scalp daily, you're getting rid of these and thus causing more harm than good. Your body will not be able to catch up and produce more of this natural oil you need. Try shampooing every other day or at least three times a week instead.
