How to create an ecourse is the topic of the day. I'm going to outline a concept that you will be scratching your head about but then eventually you'll get that "Ah-Ha" moment when things will just click!
The first thing you have to realize is that nobody wants your ecourse. That's not a play on words, that's an actual fact (well, according to me it is).
Think about it for a second, do you know of anyone that woke up this morning and said "You know, I'm going to go to XYZ website and see what ecourses are there because I want to subscribe to one." That has never happened.
But, almost everyone has said this...."I need to find out about {insert topic here} so I think I'll search the web to find out about it. I may even go to XYZ website to see if there's anything about it."
So, now do you understand when I say "nobody wants your ecourse"? Does that make sense now? Let me spell it out another way...people are looking for something about a specific topic, your ecourse is giving them the information they are seeking. Now do you understand?
Ok, all that being said, now take that same concept into creating your ecourse.
Some may take this as a negative statement, but it's not designed to be. Don't think about creating an ecourse. If you think about it, you'll lose the power of the information or the concepts you're writing about.
Just think about what information you would like to find on your topic and put that information down on paper, your computer, or record it somehow. After all the information has been recorded in some form, THEN you can go back and put it in ecourse form.
