Question: What are the 3 most significant things to consider when developing an ecourse?

Thing #1:   Have a successful mindset, you have to WANT to succeed.  I know a lot of folks claim they want to be successful,  Heck, several actually have a "success" ecourse set up.  The issue is, they don't know if they want it or not.  Keep in mind, success means different things to different people.  If someone is promoting a paid ecourse and they sell one, they may consider themselves to be successful.  So, you have to CHOOSE what you want out of your business and go for it!  That's what success should be, whatever you want it to be!

Thing #2:  Never be satisfied, always be looking for more.  I once heard a quote "If you're satisfied, you're wrong!"  Man did that stick with me because it made so much sense to me, especially in business and especially when developing ecourses.  When you're satisfied you become stagnant, when you become stagnant, you cease to do stuff, and when you cease to do stuff, you die. 

That's EXACTLY what an internet business goes through before it dies out.  So, if you're constantly doing something, constantly developing another ecourse which turns into another product, you'll always be looking for more, which is what you want to do in the first place!

Thing 3:  Your income comes from people.  If you go out to please everyone, you will NEVER do it and you will dive yourself nuts trying to.  Go out an create your ecourse, do what you feel is right and go for it!  Will you have to tweak it? Probably.  You know why?  Because of People!   People will drive you nuts, they always have and they always will.  BUT, as long as YOU ARE honest, ethical and have integrity, you can sleep peaceful every night.
