When summer comes it usually rains more often and the grass needs mowed on a regular basis. So instead of having your kids help or that kid down the street, do it yourself. These are simple things we need to get done or do on a regular basis anyway, so what is the harm in making them part of our daily exercise. Most of them require little to no extra thought and we can burn more calories than many of us may have thought possible. So get out there and get going.
