Money gives you the means to upgrade your avatar, give your pets swankier new digs, and generally have even more fun playing this addictive Facebook game. But in Pet Society, money can be hard to come by. If you want some of the cooler items in for sale in the game, then cash and coin must be raised. The question is, how can you make lots of money in this pet-happy virtual world?
1. Being Friendly Pays Off
One easy, if tedious, way to make yourself large amounts of Pet Society money is to visit friends. Simply walk into their house, tell a joke, then leave. Then simply walk right back in and immediately tell the joke again (good thing there isn't a live person in that house - imagine hearing the same joke 10 times!) This will net you 5 paw points every single time you visit and tell a joke, and there is no limit to how many times you can race in and out of their houses.
As a bonus, this will get you the Vizier of Visits Trophy for making 50 friend visits, and after 300 visits, you'll be awarded the Social Whirlwind Trophy.
2. Help Your Pet, Help Yourself
Another way to make some easy money is by buying food. The cheapest food only costs you five coins, but gets you one paw point. This is the best deal in the game. Normally, you'd be paying 50 coins per paw point on anything else.
3. Off To The Races...
You can also rack up some serious Pet Society money by winning Stadium Races. You'll get 30 coins per win, and can enter up to 10 races per day. A way to win races more often is start just as the starter guy blinks - don't wait for the flag.
4. Virtual eBay
The fastest way to increase your coffers of Pet Society money is to only buy small mystery boxes at the furniture store. Then go back home, open them up, and then resell them.
* Usually you'll just break even.
* Sometimes you'll get a medium mystery box inside a small box.
* No matter what, you'll get 2 paw points for every box you buy.
Once you resell them all, you can just go right back to the furniture shop and do it all over again, as many times as you want.
You'll also get the Mall Rat Trophy once you spend 3000 coins, followed by the Big Spender Trophy for spending 1,0000 coins. This will only work if you buy the small mystery boxes since they'll sell for 50 coins and some of the items found inside them sell for 66 coins.
