To start, eating less I recommend eating foods high in protein (e.g.Turkey, lentils). Protein is good because it is highly satisfying and keeps you fuller.....for longer. This limits your chances of eating lots when you feel hungry and crave chocolate.
Exercise More
A great tip to drop a dress size would be to exercise more. Any form of exercise that uses your muscles is great, the best is weight training but yoga and Pilates are very good too. Exercising more, when combined with eating less will explode your efforts to drop a dress size extremely quickly.
The key is not to do too much when trying to drop a dress size. As mentioned earlier do not think in absolute terms, therefore you can treat yourself to foods you crave as part of a healthy lifestyle.
