Studies have been conducted all around the world that concludes drinking green tea is great for your health. People are replacing sugary soft drinks and coffee for a cup of it. Green tea helps to suppress the appetite. It also speeds up one's metabolism rate. Another way it improves health is in its ability to aid in weight loss.
Another healthy advantage from the powerful polyphenols found in green tea is its ability to benefit blood pressure. The tendency to develop hypertension is fifty percent lower for individuals who drink even a half a cup of the tea per day. Blood vessels are prevented from contracting and causing the blood pressure to rise.
Plaque builds up in blood vessels increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. It also decreases your energy level. A few cups of green tea daily will improve the health of your arteries because it helps block the body from absorbing fat and cholesterol.
