Don't You Dare Call China Price Increases Due to Labor Costs Inflation in the US!

Expert Author Lance Winslow

Okay so, the writing is on the walls, China's labor rates are going to increase finally. I say finally because with the Chinese currency being manipulated downward the nation had a great advantage in trade, almost to the point of being called onto the carpet at the WTO by its biggest trading partners, nations like the US that remain its exporting mainstay and for the most part the reality of their successful economic rise. And what a rocket ship the Chinese economy has been too, 10% year-over-year growth for; get this - three-decades!

Now we see that Chinese "labor units" at not allowed to strike at Chinese factories, unless they are owned by foreign companies; convenient indeed. Only one problem with that, after the strikes at Foxxcon maker of parts for the iPhone, Dell, and other major US brands; along with the highly publicized strikes at Honda, Toyota, and many of their component factories - the workers are getting restless. Yes, industrial revolutions are a tough time period in any nation that is coming into its adolescent years isn't it?

Next we can expect more strikes across China regardless of who owns the factories, and a revaluation of the Chinese currency - for American Consumers that means higher prices, and since most everything comes from China, this means higher prices for everything. I think that they call that inflation. But, I have some advice for the Federal Reserve when they notice increased prices on goods in the US, especially since most of them come from China; "Don't You Dare Call China Price Increases Due to Labor Costs in that county Inflation in the US!

Please consider all this.
