Those who start a dollar store often focus on all of the major actions required to open the doors of their new store. In addition to the actions listed at the beginning of this article those major actions include completing tenant improvements to the location, receiving incoming freight, designing, purchasing and installing all outdoor and indoor signage for your new business, stocking shelves and even more.
