Simply drive a few links here and there, and so long as your website has been regularly updated, then you should see some great rankings out of your listings.

At the end of the day, I have to answer a question though. The answer to that question is quite simple. Yes, WordPress is a great platform for a real estate website, and that is due to the themes that are available, the level of customization available, and the massive plugin support. Lets not also forget that posting a new listing would be a quick 5 minute job, which is always great for time value.
