Are you tired of being fat? I was too until I changed my diet and added an exercise program into my life. Achieving a six pack or weigh loss for that matter is not complicated, and doesn't require endless hours in the gym. But what it does require is you consistently doing the right things. All you need to do is focus on is eating healthy and doing the proper exercises that encourage fat loss. I'm tired of seeing all these fad diets in ab machines out there that just don't do anything. So I decided to help my fellow man by showing him how to eat healthy and exercise properly for proper ab development.

To start with, you need to avoid these three chemicals, hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, and anything that's processed. These three things are found in most supermarket foods today, and they are the reason why we are so fat as a society. Just take a look at when heart disease and obesity started to skyrocket. Guess what, it started happening when these three chemicals were added to our food chain. Yes, these chemicals are very unhealthy for us and they encourage so many degenerative diseases it's not even funny. What I recommend you do is eat food that is as close to its natural state is possible. This will limit most of the risks found in food today. Just check out your local whole foods store. The produce section will definitely be your friend.

Exercises another biggie when it comes to getting abs. In order for your abs to show, you have to have a low body fat percentage. This means that sit-ups and crunches are out. These exercises don't affect your metabolism or fat burning hormones in your body to significantly matter. No matter how big your ab muscles get if there still a layer of fat over them then you won't be able to see them. So focus on full body exercises that target the major muscle groups inside the body. This will help you burn fat by increasing your metabolism because you are building muscle. Remember muscle burns 30 to 50 calories per day by doing nothing except being muscle, so the more you build the less fat you will have. I also tell people to focus on high intensity interval training. What this means is you will rotate low intensity intervals with high intensity intervals throughout your workout. This will not only help your heart, your muscles, and your brain, it will help you feel great and promote a high metabolism and skyrocket your fat burning hormones inside your body.

Please stop eating processed foods that contain high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils. These chemicals will sabotage your weight-loss efforts, not to mention put you at a higher risk for various diseases. Try to stick with green food and lean meats that are as close to their natural state as possible. And don't forget to incorporate high intensity interval training into your workout regimen. You will really notice the difference and be ready for the beach this summer.
