If you've been thinking about bodybuilding and noticed that there is more to it than what most people can see, then it's probably because you're different from the crowd, which is a good thing. I believe there is something in bodybuilding most people don't know, which can be very beneficial to you if you discover it.

Bodybuilders can recover from bad times faster than anyone else. They can build more muscle even when it seems there is nothing else to be built. If they, for some reason, get out of shape, they'll be back to what they were faster than most people.

I don't think that is an accident. I strongly believe there is secret. Some kind of principle they follow, or rule, that helps them reach that kind of results. And that is what you need to find out if you want to have the same kind of results.

What is this secret anyway?

Accuracy. That is the ultimate secret to muscle building that almost everyone highly oversees.

Think about these questions:

  • How many people you know keep track of exactly everything they do that can influence their bodybuilding lifestyle?
  • How many people you know keep track of what they eat and when they eat?
  • How many people you know test things to see what best suits their needs?
  • How many people do you know are really worried about exactly what they do, consume, think, etc.?

The truth is that most people don't take bodybuilding seriously. They just keep doing random things thinking everything is alright.

Working out everyday and eating much is going to give you muscle, right? Wrong! You need to know exactly what you're doing. Accuracy is the key.

Professional bodybuilders don't like supplements because they're better than food. They know supplements cannot replace food. They use supplements because it's easier to be accurate if you have the exact measures. Supplements allow you to do that - they allow you to know exactly how much you're eating. It's all about accuracy.

Why most people wouldn't benefit from accuracy?

There is a certain amount of calories you to eat, and the same happens for proteins, carbohydrates, fats, some vitamins, etc. How are you supposed to find out those numbers?

The answer is information. The problem is that most people don't have access to the information teaching how you find these numbers. Since they're specific for each person, you won't find them in magazines or anything else. And, it's a little more complicated than multiplying your body mass by a factor of something like 18 (which is what some "gurus" are saying out there).

That is why most people wouldn't benefit from accuracy. They don't have the chance of getting these information. So, they'd know they need the information, but they have no clue where to get it.

Putting everything together

You need accurate data you can use to build muscle and you build such data by having information. Seems complicated, but it actually is not.
