Dieting - The Shocking Truth Why You're Not Losing Weight - And How to Overcome It!

There are currently more diet products in the marketplace than any other time in history.

More and more people are jogging and going to gyms, in an effort to lose weight, than ever before.

People started trying to keep fit with the 'aerobic and fitness crazes' back in the 1980's more so than any other time in history.

Plus, 'the medical profession and nutritional science' has achieved amazing levels since 1975 to present...

Yet, shockingly, statistics shot up initially with just 5% of people in 'developed' countries becoming classified as OBESE!

Then, 'medicine' increased its knowledge base fourfold alone in the past 15 years or so.

But, amazingly, just a few short years later the Obesity figures leapt from 5% to 25% - quite alarming!

Even worse, it was recently 'accepted' that approx 40% of people living in the US are obese - and shockingly, this figure was just recently uprated with estimates suggesting between 55% to 62% of Americans alone now being classified as fat or obese!

How can this be??

With more diet products available than ever before, more people exercising, and more people eating supposedly healthier food - how come we are still getting fatter!?

The real reason - and be prepared to be shocked - we're still getting fatter, is that... we have a ton of deadly 'plaque' inside our intestines, including harmful 'parasites' (mostly unsightly worms!) that are making us feel bad and keeping us very fat!

These obnoxious critters are leaching the nutrition from the food we eat, thereby making our body 'crave' more food (to get the nutrition it needs to function properly), which means we eat more and put on more weight - a vicious circle of weight gain!

America is arguably the most obese nation on the planet, owing to our high consumption of red meats, dairy and processed foods. Foodstuffs that these horrible little critters originate from and thrive on!

Before a decade or two ago, people living in the Orient had less than 2% of the levels of heart disease, liver disorders, cancers, strokes, and even behavioural problems.

However, today those nations that regularly accept US food imports display almost the same levels of the sickening illnesses and diseases as can be found in the US.

Important Note - Japan currently REFUSES to take these meat and processed food exports from the US, and consequently STILL have less than 2% of obese citizens and the associated illnesses!

What is actually happening is that people eating these foodstuffs of the typical American (and Western European) diets are creating "fat-stores" around people's midriffs, underneath their armpits, and on the back of their legs, thighs and other places - as a PROTECTIVE DEFENCE against the dangerous 'build up' of the toxins from these foods.

Basically, the body is creating a "Protective Layer" (of FAT!) in an effort to keep YOU and the TOXINS separated!
