Keep your digestive system in good health in order to put your stomach disorders away! A glass of buttermilk will boost your digestive tract. Fibre and Protein rich food is indispensable for weight loss as foods rich in these nutrients can keep you fuller longer, and can keep your digestive system intact. Enzymes present in milk products make use of whatever benefits they can get from the food that you take.
