Do you ever wonder if anything good is ever going to happen to you? Is 'why me' your mantra? Everything always happens good to everyone else but me. What am I doing wrong? These are more statements and questions I hear quite often.
There are several schools of thought when it comes to statements like these. I do believe that we have a lot to do with what happens to us. What we believe, speak, and expect can directly affect what happens in our lives. The thing is when we believe that nothing good is ever coming our way we put all our dreams and expectations of the things we wanted to be and do away. Dare to believe that your best days are yet coming. Begin to speak your dreams; if only to yourself. Don't let those dreams you had as a 12 year old die. Those dreams you had of your destiny; before life began to get you down. I give you permission to dream again. I give you the right to believe for great days in your life. I will hope, believe, and expect with you. Your dream may not happen overnight, but you have to start expecting it. Know that each day is your best day ever. Begin each day expecting the best, believing for the best and looking for the best during the day. You will be surprised at what just a little change of attitude and perspective can do for a person. Situations and circumstances that used to look and feel negative or bad will become positive and good; just by a change in how we see things. Today is your day! Dare to believe it!
